Embrace Your Shadow




So many of us fear our shadow. The shadow simply refers to the parts of our personality and behavior that are oftentimes hidden away. Some examples are anger, blame, jealousy, pettiness, etc. 


These parts of us are extremely valuable because they can be used to lead us to a deeper understanding of ourselves. When we begin to go inward and really explore without fear, we find that we discover what was previously hidden to us.


Only then do we begin to uncover what makes us tick, what experiences shaped us, our core beliefs and values, ancestral patterns we are repeating, and the subconscious self made programs we are running. 


When we finally learn these things about ourselves it starts a beautiful process referred to as shadow work. Shadow work helps promote self love and acceptance as we embark on a powerful inner healing journey leading us back to our soul.
